Photo: Jacquelyn Martin, AP Politico reports today that Jay Carney, former Obama press secretary, will become Amazon’s senior vice president for worldwide corporate affairs on Monday. The new position brings the e-commerce giant’s worldwide public relations and public policy shops into one department under Carney.
