WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) — A 46-year-old Waterloo man has pleaded guilty to submitting fraudulent bills for his counseling services. The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reports (http://bit.ly/1jZaP2r ) that Anthony Thomas entered his plea Thursday. He admitted in Black Hawk County District Court that he submitted more than $2,400 in fraudulent bills to Magellan Behavior Health through the Iowa Medicaid program.
