By Rhett Morgan Tulsa WorldTULSA — Buyers of a Jim Glover auto dealership are suing him and others, raising claims that include fraud, breach of contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets and deceptive trade practices in the roughly $46 million sale last summer. “If there ever were a way to make a quick $46 million and never really sell your business, just transfer everything and everybody that works to another location — this is it,” the plaintiffs claim in the petition filed April 11 in Tulsa County District Court. Roundtree Automotive Group, a Louisiana-based LLC, and Tulsa C Property, a Delaware LLC, are the plaintiffs in the civil suit.Read more on NewsOK.com
