FROM STAFF REPORTSEDMOND — The University of Central Oklahoma Wellness Center continues its instructional fitness programs for the community with a new series of classes beginning this month. Instructional programs are noncredit fitness classes designed to provide personal enrichment, training and skill building. The programs are taught by certified instructors to provide UCO students, faculty, staff and members of the Edmond community opportunities to engage in unique fitness programs.
