Gm Unveils Chandler It Center, Plans To Employ 1,000 At Capacity

General Motors was a long way from Detroit with the unveiling of its 170,000-square-foot Information Technology Innovation Center in Chandler Friday morning. The center, which has half of its expected 1,000 employees already working, is a score for Chandler and its Price Road Corridor, which already houses Intel Corp. and Microchip Technology Inc.
