A tropical fish out of water’s miraculous tale of survival — living six hours after the dastardly smashing of its tank in a Fall River pet shop — has inspired an outpouring of goodwill from the public as owner Bob Schenk awaits word on whether the hooligan caught on his security cameras has been arrested.
