Goldman Sachs is trying to weed out women participating in a class-action lawsuit claiming years of sexual discrimination and underpayment — a move that’s likely to drag out a 13-year-old case for years to come. The joint filing was made by Goldman at about 11:30 p.m. last night with the plaintiff’s lawyers.
