Legendary Harlem Congressman Charles Rangel is nearing the end of his political career. Bronx Democratic Party leaders said Monday they are deserting Rangel, the 83-year-old dean of New York’s delegation in Washington, for Adriano Espaillat in the June 24 Democratic congressional primary.
