Police recovered a woman's body Saturday after they said her car was swept off the road in a flash flood.
Officials expect to lift a precautionary boil-water alert across a sizable portion of the city sometime Sunday, assuming a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

A St. Augustine woman died after her disabled car was struck by another vehicle on Interstate 95 early Saturday.
Yvette Renee Montgomery, 55, was in her Toyota Avalon, which was stopped across the southbound lanes of the interstate at Mile Marker 335 in Duval County due to an earlier crash. About 1:30 a.m. her car was struck by Ford Flex driven by Jason Wesley Scales, 35, of Anderson, S.C., according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Scales and his passenger, Jason Marshall Pless, 30, of Dewy Rose, Ga., sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to Baptist South hospital.
