Green Bay Man Suspected In Uw-oshkosh Assaults Case Pleads No-contest To Battery Charges

Nasir Jackson, 18, of Green Bay, pleaded no-contest Monday in Winnebago County. Police say he punched four UW-Oshkosh students in the face Sept. 8.
