Grand Theft Auto V developer Rockstar has hit back at actress Lindsay Lohan, claiming her lawsuit against the studio is simply for "publicity purposes". According to AP, Rockstar believes the case to be frivolous and was solely "filed for publicity purposes." The studio wants it to be dismissed immediately, while Lohan picks up the check for the legal costs. In case you missed it previously, Lohan believes the GTA V character of Lacey Jonas is an "unequivocal" reference to her, and wants the developer to pay damages for using her image without permission.
