A 29 year old New Jersey woman today pleaded guilty for her part in a scheme to steal nearly $65 million in bogus tax refunds. Elian Matlovsky admitted her part in a scheme that used stolen Social Security numbers and purchased mail routes to defraud the U.S. government.
