Police are investigating a shooting that injured a small child this afternoon. According to dispatch, deputies were called to Weaver Distributors, 3904 Wrightsboro Road, about 2:20 p.m. for a child that had been shot in a vehicle. The child was transported to a local hospital for what appear to be non life threatening injuries. Investigators are on the scene. Syncronex: Metered
