Haverford Eyes 2.67 Percent Tax Hike In 2017 Budget

HAVERFORD >> In a rare show of unanimity on a proposed budget, commissioners recently voted 9-0 in favor of a $43.48 million preliminary budget that requires a 2.67 percent real estate tax increase in 2017.If formally approved on Dec. 12, the tax rate would change from 7.785 to 7.993 mills.
