Hawaii unemployment claims have reached an all-time high in March, surpassing 100,000 filings for the first time in state history — according to the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. On Thursday Pacific Business News reported 81,510 filings for the state, and in the last two days of the filing month that number jumped to 116,916 — a 35,406 filing increase.
