This year more than ever, the University of Denver campus was a fitting locale for the Fine Arts Foundation Debutante Ball. DU maintains high academic standards, and with a majority of the 2016 debs graduating from high school with top academic honors, the beautiful campus that has been home to the al fresco presentation since 2001 was an appropriate spot for friends and family to celebrate the achievements of young ladies like Kara Rieber, Caitlin Gust and Haylee Blach. Rieber’s 4.0 grade point average enabled her to graduate with highest honors from Castle View High School and earn a Green and Gold Merit Scholarship to Colorado State University, where she plans to focus on classes in the Department of Biomedical Sciences.
