Highland School District Appeals Transgender Ruling

Highland Local School officials are appealing a ruling that would force the district to let a transgender student use the girl's bathroom at its elementary school. A federal judge in Columbus rejected the school district's request to stop the government from making it treat the student as her preferred female gender.
