Honolulu Rail Project Cutting Pr Budget By 70%

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation is cutting the rail transit project’s $4 million public relations budget by 70 percent by the end of the year, with most of the $2.8 million in cuts coming in August.
HART CEO and Executive Director Daniel Grabauskas said Tuesday that the cuts include the elimination of seven subconsultants, with two subcontracts being cut by 50 percent.
