The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation will receive nearly $47 million in revenue from a surcharge on Hawaii's general excise tax for the second quarter of this year, officials said Friday. The money collected from April to June brings the total GET revenue collected for Honolulu's rail-transit project to $905.72 million.
