House Ends Bid To Change ‘win-win’ Pact Between Columbus Schools, Suburban Districts

A short-lived effort by the Ohio House to change a 1986 territory and revenue-sharing pact between Columbus and several suburban school districts has come to an end. The Republican-led House Finance Committee has removed from its version of the state budget an amendment to change terms of the Win-Win agreement.
