One player’s injury is another’s opportunity. Will Warne seized his chance Saturday in Linfield’s 45-31 win over Whitworth. With senior placekicker Cayman Conley sidelined with an injury, the Wildcats turned to Warne to handle all the kicking duties. The Mountain View grad responded by making a career-long 41 yard field goal and all five of his extra point attempts. After attending Hobart College for one year, Warne transferred to Linfield.
