Residents and former residents of Fairport Harbor gathered around a granite stone draped with blue tarp in anticipation of seeing the long awaited memorial to the city's Hungarian heritage.After being in the works for eight years, the monument was unveiled Sunday during Fairport Harbor's Community Days.
