Husted Certifies Drug Price Issue With 'reservations'

"At some high level of this campaign," Husted said in letter sent today to legislative leaders, "the order was given to strike thousands of petition signatures — ignoring Ohio laws that exist to protect the integrity of the elections process and to safeguard the right of the Ohio voter whose choice it is to sign in support of an initiative, and who may not want his or her name illegally removed from a petition."
