Ice jams are causing minor flooding on the Aroostook River in northern Maine. The National Weather Service in Caribou said there was minor flooding Saturday morning on roads in Washburn and Fort Fairfield. The weather service is also keeping an eye on ice jams on the St. John River. The weather service said no one has been displaced by the flooding as heavy snows continue to melt in the region.
