Immokalee Agricultural Research Center Still Hoping To Get Seed Money To Expand

The Southwest Florida Research and Education Center in Immokalee, tied to the University of Florida-IFAS, now has a new full-time director. It's fighting for $4.9 million in state money to restore programs, staff and faculty, and to expand.
