BY GRAHAM LEE BREWER Staff Writer gbrewer@oklahoman.comAn inmate in custody at the Oklahoma County jail was found dead in his cell last week, the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office said in a news release. On Thursday, an inmate at the detention center told officers his cellmate, Charles Land, 66, of Oklahoma City, was not breathing, sheriff's office spokesman Mark Opgrande said.Read more on NewsOK.com
