JERUSALEM — Israeli security forces on Thursday shot and killed a Palestinian man suspected of gunning down Yehuda Glick, a prominent American-Israeli activist who has been pressing authorities to allow Jews to pray at the Temple Mount, one of Islam’s most holy sites and a lightening rod for sectarian clashes.
