In probably not the best piece of news to hit before Comic Con, actors Patrick Wilson, Matt Gerald and Kevin Weisman have all dropped out of Marvel's "Ant-Man" film.
Wilson joined the cast in February when Edgar Wright was attached to direct. After his departure in May, and the production's subsequent delay, it appears he now has a scheduling conflict.
The other two on the other hand are being let go because their characters, though a part of Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish's original draft, have been written out in Adam McKay, Gabriel Ferrari and Andrew Barrer subsequent re-writes.
Shooting is scheduled to begin on August 18th and it's not expected to be delayed despite a replacement for Wilson being required.
TriStar Pictures has committed to finance and globally distribute the Jodie Foster-directed new thriller "Money Monster".
The $30 million project stars George Clooney as one of those TV financial gurus who finds himself and the staff of his show held hostage at gunpoint by a man who lost all his family's money on one of the financial whiz's bad tips.
Jamie Linden wrote the screenplay penned the most recent draft which has drawn comparisons to the classic "Network".
Salma Hayek and director Joe Lynch (Knights of Badassdom) hit Comic-Con today to show off footage from their upcoming film Everly, the tale of a woman who must fend off assassins sent after her by her ex, who happens to be a crime boss.

Hint: It's the same guy who wrote BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE

SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (still haven’t gotten used to that idiotic title) because they want Chris Terrio to come back and write the script for JUSTICE LEAGUE.
Terrio was brought in with Affleck (he scripted ARGO) and re-wrote David S.
