Way back in January, Platinum Dunes producer Bradley Fuller made the startling announcement that iconic slasher Jason Voorhees might not be showing up for his own movie. The upcoming Friday the 13th reboot was considering a change of pace by replacing the backwoods murderer with a new bad guy, which didn't go over well with longtime fans.
