KINGSPORT — Jefferson Elementary Principal Brian Partin is on track to become president of a national principals' association.Partin was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Elementary School Principals or NAESP.Gail Connelly, NAESP’s executive director, announced the results from the Association’s headquarters in Alexandria, Va.Partin begins his one-year term as vice president July 1.
