Jimmy Fallon and his guest Ryan Reynolds played a game of "Drinko" in which chance cocktails are made by dropping discs into cups with ingredients like liquified Twinkies, blood and clam juice. In honor of Reynolds foray into the adult beverage game, the concoctions were also paired with his gin.
