Johnsburg Man Sentenced To Prison For Drug-induced Homicide

A 44-year-old Johnsburg man was sentenced to prison on Wednesday after pleading guilty to delivering the heroin that killed a McHenry resident in July 2018. Timothy Colby received a six-year prison sentence after accepting a plea offer from the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office. Colby pleaded guilty to drug-induced homicide in connection with the death of 43-year-old Shawn A.
