COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Tyrone Johnson scored a career-high 28 points to lead South Carolina to an 81-68 win over Mississippi State on Saturday night. The Gamecocks (14-14, 5-11 Southeastern Conference) led for the final 37 minutes to break a two-game losing streak and climb into 11th place in the SEC.
