Quint here. THR has an interesting story saying that Jon Favreau has zeroed in on two pretty perfect people to voice Timon and Pumbaa for his Lion King adaptation. He already has Donald Glover for Simba and James Earl Jones coming back to voice Mufasa (who else, right?) and now he's in talks with Billy Eichner and Seth Rogen to voice Timon and Pumbaa. Yeah, that's pretty much spot on, isn't it? I assume Favreau will be going for a photo-real look to this Lion King adaptation if his turn at The Jungle Book is any indicator.
