Ark: Survival Evolved's VR Spinoff, Ark Park, has received a new video, teasing some in-engine footage and showing off the game's development. Also showcased are the game's leafy environments, shiny interiors, and--of course--its Jurassic wildlife. Take a look at the trailer above. Ark Park was announced in December 2016. It's a spinoff of the hit open-world game Ark: Survival Evolved, and it is coming to PSVR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift at some point this year.
Might & Magic--the long-running fantasy RPG franchise that's taken various forms since its debut in 1986--now has another stand-alone spin-off to add to its deep and varied catalogue. Today publisher Ubisoft announced Might & Magic: Showdown, a competitive PvP strategy game that mixes pre-combat tactics with real-time action. An "unfinished" version of the game is now available through Steam's Early Access program for $19.99.
It sounds like Nintendo won't release any more Wii U games after The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime told Polygon that the highly anticipated RPG, which comes out alongside the Nintendo Switch edition on March 3, could be the last first-party game coming to the underperforming console."From a first-party standpoint, there's no new development coming after the launch of the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," the executive said.
