State police said Christopher Stefano was facing two felony charges: third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act. KINGSTON – A Kingston man wanted for parole violations was arrested Thursday after fighting with and fleeing from parole officers trying to take him into custody. Kingston city police said officers with the New York State Division of Parole located Dennis A. Church, 27, of Springbrook Village, at his residence.
LIVINGSTON MANOR – State police on Wednesday night arrested the same man twice for driving while intoxicated. Troopers from the Roscoe barracks first responded to a Sullivan County 911 call about a man who had fallen out of his vehicle and was in the middle of the road. When they arrived, they found Paul Decker, age not available, of Livingston Manor, lying on the ground outside his car in a highly intoxicated condition.
