Justice Insider: Judges Back Owners Of Skittish Horse Who Knocked Woman Down

A case decided last week in a state appeals court in Akron was a real dog-and-pony show. In a 2-1 decision issued on Sept. 15, the court upheld a ruling by Lorain County Common Pleas Court to toss a lawsuit against a Grafton horse stable.
