ELIZABETHTON — It took a late comeback and one extra inning, but the Kingsport Mets clinched the Appalachian League West Division championship Friday night with a 9-6 win over the Elizabethton Twins.Down 6-3 after seven complete innings, Luis Ortega’s two-run homer brought Kingsport (37-27) back within one run. Then in the top of the ninth, Kevin Kaczmarski smacked a leadoff homer to right that sent the game into extras.Twins pitching more than aided the K-Mets’ cause in the top of the 10th.
