Gen. Michael Flynn has come under fire lately for his history of spreading fake news and other conspiracy theories. His son, Michael Flynn Jr., who has served as his father’s chief of staff and was once involved with Trump’s transition, was widely criticized for promoting a false sex-ring conspiracy involving a Washington pizzeria, where a gunman fired at least one shot Sunday during what the gunman told police was a “self-investigation” of the so-called Pizzagate hoax.
