Kc Homicide Victim Identified

Kansas City police on Wednesday identified a man shot to death Tuesday evening as Jermaine E. Rowe, 27, of Kansas City. Officers reported that about 10 p.m. Tuesday they found Rowe's body near the rear door of an apartment building in the 1100 block of Hardesty Avenue.
