Lake In The Hills Cancels 2019 Run Thru The Hills 5k/10k

Over the last several years, the annual Run Thru the Hills 5K/10K event was held on the second Sunday of April in Lake in the Hills. Poor weather conditions resulted in low attendance the past two years. In an effort to move the event later in hopes of better weather, the village inadvertently scheduled the race for May 5, which conflicts with the Bob Blazier Run For The Arts 5k in Crystal Lake. To ensure that everyone can attend the Bob Blazier race, the village will be cancelling the Run Thru the Hills Cinco De Mile event.
