A new scam is targeting corporations and limited liability companies in Michigan by trying to collect a $150 fee for preparing corporate meeting minutes, the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs announced Tuesday.The scam stems from a non-governmental entity called "Division of Corporate Services" and attempts to collect a $150 fee to prepare corporate meeting minutes.
