Last Act In Convicted Killer's Life Of Crime

A New Britain man whose violent youth peaked with a notoriously cruel torture-killing was set to appear in court Tuesday to face charges from what turned out to be his last senseless act. Kenneth Burak had served about 35 years in prison for the 1979 murder of a New Britain teenager.
