Last Airbender And Korra Creator Unveils New Graphic Novel

Bryan Konietzko has revealed his latest graphic novel project, Threadworlds. Speaking with EW, the Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra creator called Threadworlds the "long origin story" of protagonist Nova, who will eventually emerge as a "scientific superhero". "I hope she’ll be inspiring to readers of all genders and ages," said Konietzko, "but especially girls who are interested in studying and pursuing science." Threadworlds will be set around five planets that share a single orbit.
