(AP) — The Latest on severe weather affecting parts of the central U.S. (all times local): 1:45 p.m. The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma, says more bad weather is headed for the central U.S. for the remainder of the week, including possible tornadoes. Forecasters say unstable air could allow tornadoes to form in southern Nebraska and northern Kansas in the late afternoon and early evening on Thursday.
