Is Leno’s 10 p.m. experiment nearing an end?

Despite plenty of fanfare and early success, ratings for “The Jay Leno Show” have been in steady decline. If that weren't bad enough for NBC, the struggling show is contributing to lower numbers for the venerable "Tonight Show" as well as local affiliate newscasts.
