Leonardo DiCaprio will play the lead in Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s film The Revenant. Written by Mark L. Smith and Inarritu, the film scheduled to start production this September via New Regency. DiCaprio will play the role of Hugh Glass, a 19th century fur trapper who is mauled by a grizzly bear, left for dead and then robbed.
