While I applaud town officials for researching and weighing new ideas, I’m concerned about the proposed scooter pilot in Winchester.In addition to questions about user and pedestrian safety, I’m concerned about visual blight and the urbanization of our beautiful small town community. I’ve also read about the big problem across the country of them being thrown in water ways by frustrated city dwellers, causing pollution and high cost for cities to retrieve them.
