As a registered nurse with more than 40 years of nursing experience, I feel compelled to help voters understand the negative impact Massachusetts Ballot Question 1 will have on hospitals, patients and communities across the state.If approved by voters, Question 1 will mandate nurse to patient staffing ratios at the cost of more than $1 billion statewide.
