As a candidate for re-election to the Winchester Planning Board, Maureen Meister is someone whose experience will provide the town with a deep understanding of this important agency. For the past eighteen years, Maureen has served on the board, including three years as its chair.Through Maureen’s leadership and contributions to the board, Town Meeting recently passed new zoning bylaws relating to permitting.
